1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging (where applicable).
You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned include:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)
Digital products (e.g., downloadable content, e-books)
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (unless otherwise agreed).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent.

4. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
